We serve a breakfast tailored with all the delicious flavors of Omi.

We use plenty of Shiga produce
for our breakfast ingredients.

Breakfast is prepared with loving care using ingredients such as the traditional vegetable Hinona, Tanaka-san's tofu made using 100% Shiga-grown soybeans, Omi vegetables from local farmers, and the head chef's pride and joy: Chirimen Sansho (dried whitebait with Japanese pepper).
Enjoy it with a salad of baby leaf sent directly from our contracted farms and served with the head chef's special sweet corn dressing!
There is also Omi Koshihikari rice cooked to a fluffy and warm finish right before your eyes, and other delicious flavors of the region.

Tanaka-san's Tofu
Fried tofu made using Shiga-grown soybeans and hot vegetable dishes made from local vegetables.

Hamayaki scallops, soft raw yuba.
Omi and seasonal vegetable obanzai (small side dishes)
Local farmer Yokoe-san's Japanese mustard spinach, Omi Hachiman red konjac Goma Kinpira, Sweet and spicy stew of swordfish and burdock, steamed pumpkin, and braised tiny shrimp and beans.
Miso soup
We use Kokonoe Miso 100% made from soybeans produced in Shiga Prefecture.
